The Impact Of Inclusion: Leveraging The Power Of Inclusive Leadership For Innovation

The 2022 Innocent Chukwuma Youth Fellows organized a webinar themed, “The Impact of Inclusion: Leveraging the Power of Inclusive Leadership for Innovation.” The webinar explored practical strategies for promoting diversity, gender, and inclusion in the public sector, development and private sector and also discussed why inclusive leadership beyond diversity is the crucible for inclusion and empowerment and how inclusive leadership in turbulent times could promote innovation.  The webinar had over 100 participants and was moderated by Akumishi Ayenajeh and Israel Chigozirim. The panellists were Ibijoke Faborode and Hamzat Lawal.
