Esther Edward is nomad educator with over 4 years of experience designing impact-driven solutions to foster inclusion and equity in Nigeria’s education space. She is the founder and teamlead of The Bluvard Education Initiative- a youth-led organization focused on promoting inclusive education in rural communities through innovative learning strategies across Nigeria. Through her organization, she created a free community learning center for children in Ikorodu, Lagos, and also pioneered Project Digital Rural; a digital education project aimed at equipping out-of-school youths in grassroots communities with in-depth digital skills .

She is a graduate of English Language and Literature and has had the opportunity to impact the lives of over 500 young people through her work as a nomad mentor.

She is a Christian and is on the mission to reach the unreached through education.
