Hadiza Nasiru
Founder of the Bolah Girl Initiative
Hadiza Nasiru is a gender justice, climate change and education enthusiast. She currently works as a consultant to provide safeguarding expertise to improve school and community safety and drive learning outcomes in the educational sector in Kaduna. She has also worked to provide various support to survivors of sexual and gender based violence under a UN women project in Sokoto Nigeria.
She has a degree in Urban planning and is an ESRI young Scholar award recipient. She is the founder of the Bolah Girl Initiative, an organisation that engages in climate education and creates livelihood empowerment opportunities to survivors of sexual and gender based violence especially women and girls through plastic waste Collection and recycling.
