Oluwatoyin works in the intersection of education, business development and social leadership. She is passionate about young people, women and businesses. She has over 8 years experience in the development sector.

She is the Founder of Oak Nation Entrepreneurial (ONE) Foundation, an organization that strengthens MSMEs through enterprise incubation in the form of entrepreneurial education, mentoring, equipping community and micro-financing. ONE Foundation has worked with over 1500 micro and small-scale entrepreneurs since May 2018. Oluwatoyin has equipped entrepreneurs across African countries including Nigeria and Liberia through ONE Foundation and other platforms.

She is a Lecturer and Researcher at the University of Ibadan where she utilizes modern pedagogical techniques to raise students to be leaders needed in the 21st century. She also equips teachers on how to be problem solvers in the education sectors. Her research interest lies around the themes of science education and education research.

Oluwatoyin leads multiple mentorship platforms including her annual mentoring program, ROADMAP, a digital mailing community and a faith-based community, where she regularly mentors hundreds of young people on personal and professional development. She believes anyone can unleash the greatness within them when equipped with the right mindsets, exposure and resources.

She has received education,scholarships and fellowships from various prestigious institutions, including University of Ibadan, University of Delaware, Center for Global Excellence, African Union, Centre for Global Enterprise and more. Oluwatoyin is a 2019 AWEC fellow and she was also recognized as a Young African Leader by the United States Government for the Mandela Washington Fellowship in 2021. Oluwatoyin believes she is on the assignment to unleash the true potential of the African continent.
