Veronica Silas
Founder of IMH MAGs, a subsidiary of In My Head Support Group

Veronica Silas is a nation builder with over 3years experience in mental health advocacy, youth development, and community sensitisation.

She is the founder of IMH MAGs, a subsidiary of In My Head Support Group; a support group that provides a safe space and proffer solutions for mental health concerns like addiction and depression. Through IMH MAGs, she has been raising awareness on mental health and global citizenship, empowering young people with essential soft skills and connecting them to experiential learning in an organization as an intern.

Veronica is a member of Queen’s Commonwealth Trust, an Obama’s Young African Leaders Initiative (YALI) RLC Alumna, an MCW New York Young Leader, a 2022 UNESCO Youth Leader, a Community Leader Intern at MC-Zambia and a 2023 Kofi Annan Changemaker at the UN.

She is driven by the low level of mental health concern in her community and aspires to reach out to more people battling with mental health by providing a support group.
